new 105 SHIFTER and TRAINING ON A TRAINER

NEED extra training on the trainer due to the declining of performance... : (
alexrims and used tyre is good to be used on the trainer
my 105 left shifter turned to black colour from grey
right shifter
black spray + sand paper.ONLY these things needed to change the colour of my shifter.
