Alhamdulillah, our team managed to maintain our position exactly same as last year, with a timing of 54 minutes 07 seconds (last year around 56mins) , and about 200 metres behind the team that won the 1st in men open category.
Tuan mirul was a 1st runner for our team (upnm 1), n still good in his running despite now is undergone his industrial training. penang was a 2nd runner,followed by shuhaimie,hudha, and me,as usual, 3 years consecutively as a last runner.
There is an increasing of number for the participants that joined this ekiden compared to last year as it was held during the Youth Day celebration. The running route also same as last year and we got a strong competitor (that won the men open category) n they r really a good runner such as Ong wei xiang, casey and jasni. congratulate to them. :-)
UPNM also got another good news at the same day. Lim shimri ranked 3rd in Armed Forces Open Triathlon 2011.
