MALAKOFF UNIVERSITY DUATHLON SERIES- 2ND LEG- UPM

with my squads, seniors, and my coach. most of the 1st pack of cyclists are comes from upnm and they are cycling at really a fast speed n average. all of us considered upm cycling course is the best due to the flat road and less hilly.

2nd time got 2nd placing. last year i participated in solo men university and now making a team with paan and penang. penang clocked 9:30 in his 3km running.

clocked 10.00 minutes for the 3km. a little bit slower than last 2 years when running at the same track and distances.crossed the finishing line 30 seconds behind the runner of 1st team, around 150 meters.

upnm nasyid team got 3rd placing in the nasyid festival in convofest 2011. im their supporter as most of them comes from the same course as well as intake with me.

CYCLING TO PUTRAJAYA. easy ride only maaa

breakfast before cycling. nasi lemak n teh ais provided us some energy during few hours of cycling.

need to stop at the road side for waiting Pen, that is cycling with us for his first time.

more than 70 of us.

2nd placing for the men relay. penang-paan-stuart. the first two names still under industrial training n despite lack of training, they managed to make our team standing on the podium. tq paan,penang.

i am the 2nd runner for the men relay. running under a hot sun were really tough although i'm not doing a solo.

The race started at 9.00am. This year the organizer make a new running course, which much shorter than previous year, and the runners could see some beautiful scenery especially at the pusat marin n RMC hill.

cikgu mahani, berdiri,tengah turut hadir, bersama anak2 murid.

basuh motor di car wash, rm6. hujan selepas itu mengotorkan semula motor yg baru dibasuh tak sampai 5 minit. maklumlah,musim hujan, dan juga keadaan bandar taiping yg kerap hujan berbanding tempat lain.

i found this at pertama complex. riding boot- high cut that make me crazy. will become my 'kasut raya' in next 3 weeks. although it is not famous and expensive as SIDI riding boot, at least it looks like the expensive one. imported from pakistan, if i'm not mistaken. 4 or 5 pairs of this boot equals to one SIDI.
